Following the completion of my review for Final Fantasy Type-0, I was itching to platinum it. I had already made decent progress, so why not?
Ah yes, MMO Platinum trophies. They’re right up there with Fighting game Platinums in difficulty at times. Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is, in general, no different. After a year long journey, I have finally achieved the Platinum. And boy, what a ride it has been.
After I finished my review for this game, I decided I was going to stick around and try to 100% it. This proved to be an extremely long and tedious process with everything being based off a real-life timer.
Do you like collecting trophies/achievements? Do you like losing your save file and having to replay the game again to get those said things? Well, that was my journey of replaying Assassin’s Creed II to get that platinum trophy. Come along and read my pain.
When I finished up Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair not too long ago I wasn’t expecting to go back to it so soon to get the Platinum trophy. Well, turns out I did. The game had that much of a pull on me.
